Physical Characteristics: Astrophyllite that's had one side sliced into a slab, the back side is in the rough form. Chemical composition is (K,Na)3(Fe,Mn)7Ti2(Si8O24)(O,OH)7, hardness of 3-4. A very rare hydrous potassium iron titanium silicate mineral. Found in Quebec, Canada, Pikes Peak, CO in the U.S., Greenland, Norway, and Russia. Stand not included.
