Physical Characteristics: A type of feldspar (sodium calcium aluminum silicate). Hardness of 6 to 6.5. Found in Canada, Madagascar, Mexico, Russia and the U.S. This stone will catch and play with light, flashing blue and green and sometimes other colors (fire). These stones have been polished into a nice size for layouts or larger pocket stones. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN ALUMINUM THAT COULD LEACH INTO WATER. Not recommended for elixirs.
