Physical Characteristics: A type of feldspar (sodium calcium aluminum silicate). Hardness of 6 to 6.5. Found in Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Australia, India, Burma and the U.S. This stone is prismatic and will catch and play with light (fire). These pieces have been left in the raw or rough form, and some include matrix. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN ALUMINUM THAT COULD LEACH INTO WATER. Not recommended for elixirs.
