Physical Characteristics: This purple labradorite is a very recent find and is rare in that it has flashes of purple or lavendar. There are 3 different 'grades' in these options (the higher price is higher grade). Unfortunately, even while shining a light on the stone the flashes are almost impossible to capture in a photo. The pictures don't do justice to just how beautiful they actually are! Some pictures have the light to try to capture the fire, while others are just normal lighting. Labradorite is a type of feldspar with a hardness of 6 to 6.5. These pieces have been polished smooth and are a nice size for body layouts, meditation, or pocket stones. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN ALUMINUM THAT COULD LEACH INTO WATER. Not recommended for elixirs.
