Color is derived from iron and aluminum in trace amounts, as well as some form of natural or man-made irradiation. These Amethyst crystals are shaped like a torch, but are smaller than our other torch-shaped crystals.
Metaphysical Properties: Amethyst is a stone of protection and cleansing. It is a stone of royalty and therefore has been used as a prosperity stone. It is said to have been one of the stones of the breastplate of the High Priest of the Israelites.
