Physical Characteristics: Also known as Indicolite. An aluminum borosilicate. Rarer than other colors of Tourmaline.  Hardness of 7 to 7.5. Blue Tourmaline is found in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Brazil, and Africa. CAUTION: MAY CONTAIN ALUMINUM THAT COULD LEACH INTO WATER. Not recommended for elixirs.
